TheDigitalOasis is located in Jacksonville, Florida and since opening less than Five years ago, we have shipped to more than 200,000 satisfied customers. Our roots are with eBay auctions, but recently grew into our own website. Now we can give you the same great deals, same fast shipping and response, but without the auction and bidding process.

When will my item's ship?
All orders ship within 24/48 business hours. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. It is one more way we can differentiate ourselves from the competition.

What carrier does TheDigitalOasis use?
We have an exclusive agreement with UPS. UPS has a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. We have negotiated incredible rates with UPS that allow us to ship our products to our customers at extremely competitive prices. In addition, UPS provides each of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep! PLEASE NOTE: Your order will ship standard UPS Ground if you do not upgrade shipping during checkout.

 

Can I upgrade my shipping service?
Absolutely! During checkout you will have a choice of Priority (Comparable to Ground) or Express (compariable to 1 and 2 business day delivery), 

When will my order arrive?
We have 5 Warehouses Strategically Located Throughout the United States. In Most Cases your item will arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. 

International Shipping

Does TheDigitalOasis ship internationally?
Absolutely! TheDigitalOasis specializes in International Shipments!!!.

Do I have to pay tax/duty if I am ordering from outside the United Sates?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TheDigitalOasis, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

When will my order arrive?
USPS Express is 5-7 day delivery to most destinations. PLEASE NOTE: Each order must clear customs before being delivered to its final destination which may result in delivery delays. Please consult your local customs office for additional information.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns

May I return my order?
All items purchased through TheDigitalOasis.com website have manufacturer warranties. However, if you experience a problem with your product within the first 14 days we will be happy to exchange for the same item. Please email us at Service@thedigitaloasis.com  for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and shipping instructions. An RMA number must be obtained first and the product must be in "like new" condition with all original packaging and parts included. All returns will be carefully inspected before replacement item is shipped.

Returns On Opened Software or GPS Maps are not accepted unless the software or GPS Map  is defective. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct software or GPS Map  for your unit!

A 20% Restocking fee will be assessed on all returns that require a refund
